IVR issue, callers can't hear IVR

Hi,

I have configured FreePBX and it’s working well. All calls are working well. SIP is also working without any issue. But the only concern is IVR is not functioning. All the outside callers can’t hear IVR message. After few seconds callers can hear ringing tone. So any one can suggest a solution on this will be really helpful.

FreePBX version - 16.0.40.3
Codecs used in SIP and other routes - ulaw- alaw, gsm, g726, g722

Confirm the recording works and is not corrupt, then provide a log.
