Ivr. invalid_loopcount=1

Hello.
I have 2 station freepbx.
1 station have technical number for 1800 to 1899, where configure IVR and connected to provider.
2 station have telephone number for 2800 to 2899 - only user device.

My problem:
When an incoming call arrives to station 1 on IVR and enter 1818 - all ok.
If user enter 2883 i get sound no-valid-responce-pls-try-again and in log files message about INVALID_LOOPCOUNT=1

I think application exten => s,n,WaitExten(10,) read entering extension 2883 and compares with local base number and no looking outbound routes, because i get message INVALID_LOOPCOUNT=1

How can i solve my problem
