IVR doesn't save options

I have a FreePBX 2.9, when i save the IVR the options i add like ‘number 1 goto extension 123’ doesn’t save.

where is the problem?

Maybe upgrade to FreePBX 2.10 which is the current supported version instead of 2.9

FreePbx 2.10 is compatible with Asterisk 1.6.2.24 version?

try a different browser…use firefox or chrome…
