IVR Breakout for a queue works only when no agent ringing

Hello, everybody.

Using FreePbx 2.8.0.3.

I’ve configured an IVR breakout for a queue that has the ringall strategy.

I experienced that the breakout is NOT played during the ring time of an agent.
This is not what I want. I want the breakout is played to callers regardless of an agent phone ringing.

Any idea or suggestion?
