I have a problem during a call PSTN - Extension, is listened to the IVR in means of the conversation. Some suggestion?

I think u need to adjust the gain …

bubba im not using that device, im using SPA3000 in my PSTN Lines…
and yes the IVR start during a call.
I dont know what is wrong…
