We have configured IVR Properly for an auto attendant.when we call from extn. announcement is ok and able to connect other local extns.
when we dial from outside reaching Pbx but no audio but but we are able to reach extns. if we dial.
We are unable to find the solution,can some one help me.

Just I have changed DTMFmode=RFC2833 in trunk inbound.
Now it is working.
