iSypmhony error when downloading desktop client

Hi all,

I’m triying to download desktop client from iSymphony pannel, but I get an error:

It’s works for me. Did you place the desktop install files on the server before trying to download?

edit I should say the download works for me, I have never had any success getting the desktop client to actually run.

I downloaded and installed it from isymphony website. It works ok on MAC and Windows,
