CUrrently running isymphony 3.2.1.11 and cant figure out how to limit licensed users from seeing everyone on the users widget, RIght now different departments can see who is on the phone and who they are talking to. We would like to limit their Users widget view to only their department, but I dont see the permissions to do so…
are you paying for isymphony? if yes log into the admin portal and set the permissions
Hi Bob! Yes are paying for the product, but I am not seeing a permission to not allow users from seeing other users in the User widget
you can certainly prevent users from seeing who others are talking to. you might have to set up groups and set permissions and exceptions per group.
