iSymphony FATAL ERROR on Clean Install

I appreciate any help. Sorry if I am missing something simple.

I just did a clean install Stable-5.211.65-13 | 64-BIT | Asterisk 11.

Everything appeared to install fine. Hit it via ip, set to static ip, updated DNS. FreePBX Admin is clean.

When I click on the “ISymphonv V3 Panel” I get the following. How do I resolve / what am I missing?

Again, I appreciate the help.

Same here after clean install. This same error comes up even at several points: when trying to add an extension, when clicking User Management, and a few other places.
