Issues with receiving login emails and authentication

I’m deploying Sangoma Connect to a client. It’s been working fine on my own system, but I’m having some troubles on theirs

First, they are not always receiving the login link emails. What should I send them so they can configure their spam blocker to not block Sangoma emails?

Second, for users that do receive the log in link, when they click it, the app opens and gives an “Invalid Authentification” error. No other details than that. Is there somewhere I can look (a log file or something) that will describe what was wrong with the authentication?
