I would like 2 phones to ring when the extension is dialed or paged, as the user spends half his time at either of the two locations.
When setting up multiple contacts for an extension I am running into an issue with contact #2. Contact #1 will ring however as expected however Contact #2 never rings, its able to make outbound calls without issue, however. Any idea why? is this the intended use of contacts?
Are both devices registered to the same pjsip extension? Is Max Contacts for the extension set to 2 or higher?
Yeah, both phones registered to the same pjsip extension, max contacts is set to 2 for the extension. Only setting up 2 phones.
Do you have any softphones such as zulu, sangoma connect etc?
