I am having an issue with outgoing calls since upgrading to version 17. I have searched but cant find an answer it looks like its an issue with the caller ID. From the logs the below looks like the issue, has anyone got any ideas. Calls dont seem to reach the trunk.
This is a UK FreePBX, so the Call IDs may look slightly differnet to what you may expect.
any help greatfully recived as i dont really want to go back to 16.

I didnt think i had any customisation, however reading this and thinking reminded me our old sip provider Sipgate did as part of the setup require an edit to Extenion_custom.conf, removed this and now its working perfectly.
I had figured out a fit further but had to revert to the old server, I have move migrated again I forgot you could change the sterisk version.
Thanks for your help, completely forgot about those lines but i guess thts what happens when the system is old.
