Issue With CRM Module (using ZOHO)

I’ve configured the CRM Module with Zoho by clicking the link account button.

i can see the CRM users in FreePBX and assign them in user management so i know it successfully linked however when using the Link to CRM Record… Zulu UC doesn’t launch the CRM Popup… it however will launch the popup if i do Link to URL

Any ideas?

How did you get it to work… According to the wiki those instructions are old.
