Is this correct Debian 12.13 to start a new install

Is Debian 12.13 netinst the correct starting point for FreePBX 17 ?

The address for the ISO is https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/archive/12.13.0/amd64/iso-cd/debian-12.13.0-amd64-netinst.iso

Then just run the install script.
