Is there a Call limit option for asterisk 1.4.x freepbx 2.6?

HI. I knew that asterisk 1.2 has a feature called Call limit or TIMEOUT(absolute)

but that was deprecated. I would like to know if there is a option in asterisk 1.4.x freepbx 2.6

what I want to do an hope someone could dry me in the right direction to achieve this

I want this

incoming call goes to extension 1001 is ringing util extension 1001 answer
then when answer set timeout=240 then when the 240 secs have arrive transfer the call to park slot 70

note: the call limit is for a extension not for a incoming pstn call

it this possible in asterisk 1.4.x ??? and if yes how ?
