I have an old Dell machine that has plenty of power to run FreePBX, but (even though it has a DVR) will not boot from anything but a 700mb CD (or its internal hard drive). I was able to install Linux Mint but only after I built a custom iso file that was less than 700mb.
I was looking for the netinst version of FreePBX, but found out that it was discontinued a long time ago.
Any suggestions (other than “buy a new machine”) would be appreciated.
