Is that possible to setup IVR so that it requires pin to access special menu items

So, I would like to make an option in IVR, say, press 9 to access A menu item, which will ask for PIN/password to access next steps. How do I do this? Thanks.

Fastest way:
Create a recording built from the system recordings that asks for a password, use that in a subsequent IVR, and make that IVR have one option which is the password. That password then directs the user to a third IVR with the options you want them to access.

There’s more complicated ways that support multiple users from a database, but that’s ninja-level stuff that we work on to be able to charge our customers a lot of money >.>
