IP Phones are going no service in remote end

I configured tunnel connection between my office in KSA and India. Managed configuration in IP phone in India. PBX server is situated in KSA, but some time most of the ip phone are going not service, after changing IP address of remote end IP phone it working. After couple of weeks issues are repeating. is i missing any configuration in phone or pbx server.

you might want to have a DNS name and use a tool to updated the IP as it changes. ie Dynamic dns.

i have a static ip, same ip i configured in sip setting.

So is the phone being set with the wrong IP then? If that is the case you need to look a what is provisioning the phones.
