Install Fails - system panic

Trying to install the latest stable version of FreePBX with Asterisk 11 on a Rhino Ceros appliance.

I used the following ISO:
FreePBX-3.211.63-8-i386-Full-1366661092.iso

All 472 packages install.

Reaches running post-installation scripts and reboots.

I get the blue bars going across the bottom of the screen and then I get a panic occurred error message.

Any ideas?

Check the md5sum of your download against it’s authority.

MD5 Checksum verified. I just pulled the Rhino Quad FXO card and rebooted.

Pulling the FXO Card did the trick. I guess having it installed while FreePBX was doing it’s thing caused some type of problem.

Had it up and running for the past 10 hours with no further panics.
