Individual Peer(s) reporting as Unreachable and Reachable in at the EXACT same moment in time

PBXis cloud based (Vultr).
Latest version of Unifi UCG ultra (No VLANS) just a “plain Jane” network.
NO SIP ALG
Dedicated IP, Firewall and Switches for phone network.
Impacted phones are new: Sangoma P310’s and Snom Dect.
Have older Cisco SPA504G phones at one location where I have not seen any issues to date

Seeing weird drop outs of single extensions where they will simultaneously report as both unreachable and reachable at the exact same moment in time.

I’m not as familiar with troubleshooting pjsip.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. I’ve Googled the heck out of it but nothing seems to fit.
Read that it could be a DNS issue. So I switched from ISP DNS to CloudFlare. Not enough time has passed to tell if it has had an impact.

I looked at the setup for the Cisco phones (they are not on the EPM) and they had DNS values set to 1.1.1.1.

It has been close to 24 hours and so far no Unreachable/Reachable instances have appeared in the Logs. Not gonna call it yet but it looks like the ISP DNS was the issue.

spoke too soon. Still having issues at one of 4 locations. So better… But still a mystery to me.
