indications_zonelist table in SQL

Greetings,

I am trying to install from source freepbx-2.11.0 with asterisk-11.7.0 on Centos 6.5 x86_64 OS. I followed the install instructions from http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/HTGS/Installing+FreePBX+2.11+on+Centos+6.3.

I am stuck at a point where retrieve_conf fails, with the error being:
[nativecode=1146 ** Table ‘asterisk.indications_zonelist’ doesn’t exist]SQL

I have Googled high and low for this error and am coming up short. Is there anyone with a solution for this, or perhaps the sql code to add this table to the asterisk database?

You need to install the core module.

It was installed, but and uninstalling and re-installing fixed the problem.
