Increase the quantity capacity of SIP trunk slots in Asterisk

Hello,

I’ve reached the SIP trunk quantity limitation and cannot configure more SIP trunks on my Asterisk, is there a way to increase the SIP trunk quantity capacity?

Asterisk itself doesn’t have a limit. Are you using PBXact, for example?

The other source of limits is your Internet Telephony Service Provider, which will likely require crossing their palms with silver, or finding another one.

most likely this is your service provided limiting the number of concurrent calls / channels available to you.

  • why CANT you add more/new trunks? as stated.
