I’ve setup a sip trunk incoming and outgoing. The outgoing works fine. I can call without issues from my extension. The incoming calls to the siptrunk number reach the extension I’ve setup and I can answer it but there is no sound. when speaking on both caller and called phone I can’t hear anything? Any ideas what could be causing this? The siptrunk is registered fine with the provider.

NAT or firewall misconfiguration. You need to provide detailed logging of the INVITE transaction, and RTP to understand where things are breaking, but you should make sure that you have correctly defined the external IP address and which networks are local (not subject to NAT).
ok, Could you provide the best way to see the logs or RTP traffic?
I’ve got two different SIP trunk providers both are configured on the same firewall rule. One works and the other doesn’t. I have checked and compared with sngrep on the server and both INVITE details looks the same.
