So i finally got my remote extension 204 working at my office. It connects to my home pbx running freepbx newest stable version.
my problem is…the phone can dial outbound…but incoming calls/dialing extension 204 from another extension receive a busy tone. I have configured xlite with same config and it works perfectly(no busy tone). I know its a setting somehere but i cannot figure it out. It is a Cisco 7940 with the latest SIP firmware.
So basically, I cannot ring the 204 extension. But it can dial out. Any suggestions?
