Incoming Destinations using time conditions

Hi
I have set up a new Time Condition/Time Group and given the user access to change with *271 and a passcode which is accepted
The change override is set to a different location but it does not work, is this a problem with the user’s access?

Hmmm… at first glance, it looks like it should work. I would try turning off the time group, and seeing if your override code works properly then. So, which is it not going to? The reception ring group, or the voicemail?
