Incoming config in freepbx from another not knowed server

Sorry about my english is not my principal language
I have my freepbx connected to another switchboard server through one trunk to make calls between their extensions and ours, this is working fine. Now we want to record all incoming calls from this other trunk server , How can i make it?
And also, they’ll have to make outgoing calls, what do i need to configurate?
I don’t know what the other server is.

Call Recording is usually enabled in an Extension’s settings, or on Inbound/Outbound Routes, found in the Connectivity section. I’m not sure what you have for your Inbound Routes, but that would seem like a good place to start.

As for outgoing calls, can you give more details on what you need, or an example of a call? It sounds like outbound calls from FreePBX extensions to extensions on the other server are working. Is that correct?

What i need is that if you are in server 2, you can make outgoing calls throught server 1, and that call must be recorded in wav file.

Record the outbound route on your server doing the external calling. If you need to only record the outbound calls from the second server (not the first), make a second outbound route and use the extension routing or class of service module to point the foreign extension to the recording outbound route.

Other than recordings, it sounds like you have a good part of this set up, since you can dial extensions on the other system. It may be reversed, but for now I’m assuming you want your FreePBX external calls to go out the trunk on the other system. Have you already tried setting up outbound routes for external numbers on the FreePBX to go through the other system? If it’s not working, it would help to see what you have for the route settings. It would also help to know details about the other system. For example, how do extensions on the second system dial similar numbers? Is a 9 included? Maybe the FreePBX route is altering the number to something the other system doesn’t like.
