Incoming calls work but not outgoing calls. "number you have dialed is not in service, please check the number and try again" for every number

calls come in. but when trying outgoing calls to any number we get “the number you have dialed is not in service, please check the number and try again”

this is with pbxact using a digium gateway g080

We need a call trace

For a failed call, does the Asterisk log contain "Called " (without the quotes)?

If not, a matching Outbound Route was not found. If you can’t easily see what’s wrong, post screenshots of the relevant route Dial Patterns tab and tell us what number you dialed. Choose a number that you don’t have to redact, such as a local McDonald’s.

If yes, check that the number sent to the gateway matches its dialplan. If that’s not the issue, paste a call trace as noted by @jfinstrom .

Good morning,

below is the screenshot of the failed test i tried this morning:

I will also paste below a successful outbound call to the same number. the difference is this one goes out over a different route through a vega gateway instead of the digium gateway.

Please see a shot of the outbound route: I will attempt to dial 2462823

please see below log result of the failed attempt

Okay in the nicest way possible this is useless. Perhaps the only thing worse than random screenshots may be taking pictures of your monitor with a cell phone. I am generally sure the link I pasted mentions nothing of screenshots.

You should provide complete logs, not just what you think is relevant. Copy from when you press send on the phone until you hang up. They should be in a text format either here wrapped in backtics >>> ` <<< or in a pastebin. This allows people to scroll through and look at the whole path of the call and even search out text to find certain things in the noise.
