Incoming calls getting a "disconnected" recording

We just ported 6 lines to SoTel from Verizon and they worked fine yesterday. This morning they all play a recording “The number you have dialed is disconnected.”. SoTel says their system is working and our logs show the calls coming in, they just won’t go to the IVR. SoTel says FreePBX must be forwarding the calls to a non-active phone number or extension. Where would that setting be?

If the calls are coming in and not reaching your IVR you have a problem with the Inbound Route.
