Hi,
I’m facing a problem that I have the Recording settings for always on extensions, and all outbound calls are recorded, but the incoming calls don’t (at least they does not appear on Call Monitor page).
Is there a way to check if the incoming call are being recorded (on /var/spool/asterisk/monitor) for example? And what should be the format of file name?
Or even on log (var/log/asterisk/full) ?
