Incoming calls ends 1s

Hi Communitty,

We have recently Install in a KVM, with a local server FreePBX v15 and our SIP Trunking Provider is Telnyx. Further, conversations and debugging deeply how the calls are traced, they can confirm the calls are accepting, but after 1s the call ends and they detected our IP Public (Which is dynamic), rejecting the calls after the call is tranferred via SIP Trunking.
That’s why probably the issue can happens with my current Configuration which I made following this article: Telnyx Developers
The Outbound calls are working totally fine, and the Inbounds from my Mobile Phone next to the SNOM IP Phone I have is ringing, obviously I setup a ring Group, where is ringing all the extensions available. However, when external customer let’s say from long distance is trying to call to our Phone Line, the behaviour happens , 1s and the call ends.

I have traced the calls from FreePBX and definetly that happens… ringing (1s), Trying and then Hangsup. So, I wanted know if that happens to you or perhaps knows where to start (I’m kind of newbie at FreePBX and I would like to see what information you will need in order to giving me some advice) Thanks In advance.

This is the trace taken from Asterisk:

Hi Guys, I have solved the problem, and sincerely. So, sorry for this …
The Problem was solved due Outbound Route Configuration I was having at my Route CID +442045202452 instead of 442045202452, what’s not detecting the prepend, as I am having at my Telnyx config without prepend …
