Incoming calls drop with Anonymous caller

When a call comes in to the office with caller id of Anonymous the phone will ring once and then stop, there will be a 30 second pause then the call will ring once and stop… This happens from time to time, you have to act quick and pickup the phone when the 1st ring is happening. Here is the log from one of these calls, looks like this might be the issue: Unknown or unavailable item requested: ‘reversecharge’?
