Incoming calls ring all extensions. Got an issue that if person a is on the phone with someone and an call comes in, they hang up with the person they are talking to but are unable to answer the new incoming call without having to go to another extension to answer.
Can you please explain how you configured to ring all phones?
This sounds like a ring group, and that’s one of the features or Ring Groups. if you want to add “re-attack” you’re going to have to switch to Queues.
That was it. It was a ring group. I’ve created a queue and tested it and that fixed my issue. Thank you very much.
