Incoming Call doesnt show CID

Hello,

i got two Yealink T46G phones, both with the exact same settings(i compared every single setting) both in the extension settings and the phone settings.

On one Phone, when someone calls me i see the CID and in the log “CID@ServerIP”
On the other phone i dont see anything, i can only see my trunk, both on my phone screen and in the log[“trunk”.voip.net@“trunk”.voip.net]

So if i call the one phone i see my number and know its me, when i call the other phone i dont get any CID and dont know who is calling me

Can anyone guess where the issue is? Im out of ideas.
