Inbound routes ring at random 2 clients

Hi guys, can someone perhaps guide me on where the issue is.

this happens randomly with about 30 clients out of 1600 clients.

when you dial the clients number, they for some reason ring at 2 clients simultaneously. and sticks with those 2 clients. i have no idea why this happens

so when you dial 0105916613 it rings at both clients. check screenshots
