Inbound Route Trunk Passing DID


I have recently tried to setup callcentric and trunks and am experiencing issues with the incoming routes. After setting up the trunk and inbound routes making a call would not ring the destination. I relized if I removed the DID from the incoming route it would work. Is this the provider?


Can you provide a call trace… what your description says is the DID is not what you think it is… you have to see what they are sending you…

looked at cdr reports? and got it fixed! thanks. some small pointer like that can save me so much time.
