Inbound route FreePbx

Hello colleagues, has anyone already solved the whitelist for the inbound route. If the director’s wife calls, she calls directly. If an employee calls, then no. The setting in CID is not working for me. I have version 13 and 16. Thanks for the advice. P. B.

You have to check the format of the phone number of an incoming call. Either in CDRreports or in Asterisk log.
