Inbound Route by DID and CID area code

Is it possible to route calls by a DID and an area code? I have tried all the combinations including _210.

Yes, you should be able to populate the CID field with:

_210NXXXXXX

or if your providers deliver CID with 11 chars:

_1210NXXXXXX
