Inbound Phone Calls (Not Ringing)

Hi,

I’m setting up a new box with trixbox and freepbx. I’ve basically went through and copied the settings from the old trixbox server, however when a person dials our number it shows an active call but the IVR never picks up and you don’t hear anything. However you can dial a extension and the system forwards it to the correct ext. I’ve pasted the trunk settings below, just removed host and proxy info. I have inbound routes setup with the number in DID however the CID is blank. It seems there is a problem with the IVR… I can setup a new one, however if I select anything under “Increase Options” bar… nothing saves when I click save, just unchecks anything or unselects it. Is there a way to hardcode it? or maybe I am missing something else simple. Outgoing calls also work… i’m not sure how to get the log or I would post that as well.
