Inbound Calls not working/3 bad destinations

Hello All,

I have been facing this issue for over two weaks now. I updated my freepbx and aint receiving inbound calls since then. When i dial it says something ‘you are first caller in the queue…’ but agents dont receive calls.
I checked freepbx admin page and it shows 3 bad destinations listing all three queues i have created on freepbx.

I tried adding a new one but same issue on there as well.

Kindly help me here!

so no help here?

You didn’t provide any useful information. Someone didn’t have the opportunity to point that out.

With the details you have provided the best we can tell you is something is broken… Provide some call logs and it will be easier for the experts on the forum to help you diagnose the problem. If it’s been down for two weeks and it’s critical to your business you could consider purchasing support as well http://www.freepbx.org/support-and-professional-services

so no response here?

this really can’t be that hard. you can’t join the queue - is there no one logged into the queue?

You also have 3 broken destinations. You should hover over them in the dashboard and figure out what the error is. We don’t need to see sip debug or asterisk log messages until you fix your broken destinations
