my freepbx is hosted on vultr,
my phones are onsite, and model is grandstream gxp2160
i’m using comcast modem with edge router ERX10 and for further internet distrubution i’m using NETGEAR gs752tpv2 SWITCH without VLAN default configuration.
everything works fine,
all of sudden my incoming calls stop,
in logs there is no log of call those failed calls, not in /var/log/asterisk/full neither cdr report,
our voip is anveo and they say "For your reference you may download SIP Trace we captured at http://siptraces.anveo.com/202407241822052ccd12bc.txt
according to the sip trace all calls were sent to your server, however, in many cases your server does not take the call and after sending “183 session progress” it ends the call by signaling “Cancel”
For example; in the SIP Trace referenced above if you search for Call-ID: [email protected] you will find of any examples of such calls canceled by your server.
The number is operational and you need to investigate the issue further on your server as to why it is canceling calls."
