Inbound calling issues not being picked up

HI All,

we are having issues with some inbound calls not being picked up by the server. We have calls on a daily basis that are not picked up by the server and are routed to our overflow cell phone. We have white listed the ip address from flowroute in the freepbx firewall to try and solve this but still having problems. Has anyone experienced this?


how is your “overflow cell phone” set up to receive calls? is it as a failover from the sip provider or a FindMe FollowMe in the PBX or something else?

It is set up as a failover on the sip provider site.
