Inbound Call routing to IVR not working

TrixBox 1.2.3
FreePBX 2.1.3
Installed from ISO.

Outbound Calls work.
Inbound Calls to working SIP phones/Extensions work.
All extesntion start with 70XX
We have an inbound 800 number that is sent to the IVR.

The IVR is setup.

However the calls never make it to the IVR. Also dialing Extensions 7777 youget “The number you have dialed is not in service” I thought this was the default IVR extension for testing.

Here is the SIP deug of the incomming call.

Any help would be appreciated on this as I am stumped. I have looked through many archives and have not seen this issue mentioned.

That means you don’t have that 800 number as a DID in inbound routing. Also, ‘7777’ is a shortcut to a No DID/No CID route - eg, a catch-all. If you don’t have a No DID/No CID route, you’ll get a noservice message.

Rob,

thanks for the reply. But, we do have the inbound router built. The numbers match and are pointed to the IVR.

Any other ideas on this?

I have deleted the route and readded it. it still does not work.
