Inbound call problem Hangup within 3 to 5 seconds

Hello Everyone! Im new here.

I encountered problem regarding with my PBX when I receive calls it will hangup with in 3 to 5 seconds. I reported it to my Service Provider as a result there’s something problem in my end. I need help guys. Thank you.

My immediate best guess is your external SIP and Media addresses are not correct.
Check your settings.
