In place upgrade from v15 to v16.
After upgrade previously configured SangomaConnect user is not shown in the module interface but the app on the user’s phone still works
Removed the user, added another. New user shows in interface. Send invite email.
User gets email. App will not configure/work. Check module again and the user is not shown.
This has been broken for 18+ months, across every upgrade we’ve done, in-place and backup/restore. Can we get it fixed?
