Im having trouble with audio on my pbx ever since i started sharing the same public ip with pfsense firewall

PfSense side you have to edit or add additional rules to not block SIP 5060 and RTP 10K-20K.
I do have Pfsense Router and no any call or audio disconnect issue.

What do you mean by you are sharing the IP with pfsense firewall? You are doing NAT through the pfsense?

Make sure all the relevant ports are forwarded to your internal PBX IP and that you have all the correct IPs (WAN and LAN) configured inside the Settings -> Asterisk SIP Settings.
