IAX Trunking Help NAT to NO-NAT

i am having an issue where i have an iax trunk between 2 sites.
site A(1001) can dial site B(6800) extensions but not B>A
site B is behind a firewall with NAT to the internal PBX
site A is on the public interface.

not too sure where to go from here.
