I’m trying to get two different inbound routes to ring differently. Existing posts are quite out of date for FPBX15.
I have a working setup with FPBX15. Two inbound routes, each managing a separate DID that then. Each inbound/DID rings a different extension. I would like to associate a different ringtone to each of the inbound/DID setups. So in the Inbound Route, I set Alert Info=ring2 for one inbound route an Alert Info=ring3 for the other inbound route.
Under Settings->FreePBX Advanced Settings I have “Internal Alert Info=ring1”. I hope/think I don’t have to set the S305 in any way? Wouldn’t that defeat the purpose of managing everything centrally from the PBM?
