I want to get out of the call instead of listening to the voicemail

I want to setup ** feature code to get out of the call instead of listening the voicemail.

I am not sure what you mean. The default in call ** feature code disconnects the call.

Can you explain more?

it’s kind like when some one calls other and it goes on VM but instead of taking this IVR we want something like pressing ** or like this to get back from that menu.

VxM Locator. Enable it. It gives the extension a mini “breakout” IVR that the caller can a couple options on what to do, like call the Operator or go back to a main menu.
