I need help in creating an Auto Answer BOT

Hello freePBX community , im new to asterisk and freepbx and i wanna create an bot that auto answers to phone calls and have bind by Keys for different actions using IVR. I don’t know the terms yet , but ill learn with time .At the moment i need some help in understanding what exactly i need for this . I’m working in Linux often , so installing FreePBX was just easy . Can someone provide me with some informations of all i need and what exactly settings i have to make in freepbx to make it run this way?

Also , how can create my custom IVR sounds?

You can install (or use) any TTS engine you like.

Easiest, best sounding and cheapest if you can accept only a female bot.
