This is most likely a GoIP settings issue. Make sure that SIP INVIITE Response is set to SIP 183.
If that’s not it, at the Asterisk command prompt, type
pjsip set logger on
if GoIP is a pjsip trunk or
sip set debug on
if chan_sip.
Make a test call to an unanswered mobile. Paste the Asterisk log at https://pastebin.freepbx.org and post the link here. Also, post a screenshot of GoIP settings.
180 then 183 will play fake ringback tone during call setup, but should not mess up answer supervision. Post the SIP trace for an unanswered call so we can see whether it’s the GoIP or Asterisk that is misbehaving.
Paste the trace from Reports->Asterisk Logfiles, so it includes timestamps.
